We have 3 shifts and require individuals with experience as an operator. Then we have a challenging position for you, where you will receive no less than 19.5% shift allowance on top of your basic salary!
The company is located in Nijverdal, we produce laminates of Carbon, a lightweight, and strong material. A laminate consists of several layers of fabric. These fabrics are woven from several yarns in the weaving department. Another department will fabricate and then de-strengthened, impregnate, and calendered or provide a powder coating to form a laminate. Impregnation means that it is filled with resin, foil, or powder to make it hard and durable. These laminates are ultimately used to build the latest Airbus aircraft and Formula 1 racing cars.
The job tasks as an operator differ per department and consist of:
- Reporting technical malfunctions to your production manager and/or technical service;
- Monitoring, controlling, and executing the entire production process;
- Solving minor malfunctions;
- Carrying out quality checks.
